Blessed

Things may not be perfect,
but I am blessed.
There are body parts that always hurt,
but I can still work out.
I don't always sing on key,
but there's always a song in my heart.
I don't have the intertwined family I'd like,
but I'd be lost without any one of them.
I may not have the job of my dreams,
but I am very busy.
I may not have fat stacks all around me,
but I am wealthier than most.
I might not be rich and famous,
but I've got some super amazing friends.
I might not have a knight in shining armor,
but my warrior fights for me and mine.
I am blessed.
