tell yourself how amazing you are.
Let the gas station clerk
know what a great smile he has.
Comment on the deli person's
great red shirt.
Tell your spouse how special they are.
There is literally a plethora
of people and places to appreciate
if we lay down all our anger and hate
and see the beauty that abounds.
