Sit down,
put your hands in your lap,
close your eyes,
breathe in deeply,
exhale slowly,
be aware of the sounds around you,
the sun (or raindrops or snowflakes) on your skin,
the air in your lungs,
birds chirping and chatting,
the aromas around you,
the absence of chaos,
the sweet simplicity of simply existing,
and know, my friend,
that you are loved.
