Diet

As more and more of us
are compelled, requested, or forced
to stay in our homes,
diet becomes a big issue.
Here is a thought:

Your diet is not only
what you eat.
It's what you watch,
what you listen to,
what you read,
and the people you interact with.

ALWAYS be mindful of the things
you put into your body,
physically,
emotionally,
and
spiritually.
