A Good Samaritan
refers to a person who,
in good faith,
without expectation
of payment or reward
and without a duty of care
or special relationship,
comes forward voluntarily
to provide immediate assistance
or emergency care
to a person.
The day reminds us
to step out of our comfort zones
and offer a helping hand
to those around us.
