Far too many people are fixated on riches,
and on the compilation of gadgets and toys.
They believe this gathering will be
a billboard of sorts of their success.
Success is not so much in the amassing of wealth
as it is in being significant.
All the money in the world cannot make a selfish person likeable.
All the fancy cars and pretty jewelry doesn't make an ugly person beautiful.

how others see you, remember you, and what they take from your days here;
if it is positive, uplifting, helpful, purposeful,
THAT is success.
