One of my favorite movie lines is when Rudolph asks Hermie
if he can be independent with him.
In our need to be free of the tethers of
society,
government,
rules,
regulations,
there is an ever-present desire to be attached by
touch,
caring,
support,
love.
Go be independent,
but never forget that we will always depend
on one another for the essentials in life.
