Integral

There has been much hate and death and anger in the world as of late.
In my own little corner, loss and sadness.

But . . .
And there's ALWAYS a but . . .

We gathered to celebrate WHO we lost.
We gathered to remember good times.
We gathered to cherish friendships.
And this happened not only in my own little corner,
but all over.

To gather ~ united ~ is integral
to our health
to our hearts
to our souls
to our lives
to our existence.
