Power.
There is power
in a great many things.
Some,  you wouldn't think.

Silence
Absence
Exclusion

You do not need
to join in every circus,
every argument,
every debate or discussion,
every chaotic calamity.

There is amazing power
in walking away instead of arguing,
excusing yourself instead of joining the mayhem,
muteness in the madness.

It does not mean you do not care,
or that you are not passionate about the issue.
It simply means that you are comfortable
in your own opinions about it.
