this literally woke me up
from a sound sleep.
Normally,
if it's a poem,
it just flows smoothly,
but this was just this.
And so ... I listened
and am sharing.
In power lifting
one of the most difficult efforts
is to lift
one's chin,
one's spirits,
one's hopes.
It is equally as difficult
to do so for others.
But, we are each much stronger
than we imagine we might be.
It is in this one single purpose
that we can change the world.
