leadership roles,
and having a few favorite supervisors,
I'd have to say that THIS
is my favorite behavior
and what I strive to be.
So much more gets done,
and done happily!
The first responsibility
of a leader
is to define reality.
The last
is to say "Thank You."
In between,
the leader is a servant.
Goes right along with my
"lead from behind" theory.
Give a directive,
help when necessary,
and cheer the whole while.
