Half Full

Today I turn 50!
Wow!
Half a century!

It has been an interesting life so far.
Lots of pain and hurdles and hardships.
Far more laughter and joy and love.
The latter is much more enjoyable
because of the former.

Here's hoping your day is a 'half full' kind of day.
Half full of
kindness, care, compassion,
faith, family/friends, fortitude,
happiness, hope, health,
embraces, enjoyment, enlightenment,
smiles, strength, and silliness.
And always . . .
with room for more.
