There really is a peace that comes with learning to let go of the drama; the folks that bring it, carry it, create it; and pointing your shoes in another direction.
In expressing my frustration with not having control of some situations, my wonderful daughter explained to me that she downloaded the 'Magic 8 Ball' app and she now just asks it the questions that frazzle her. I believe I may try to find that app myself!
There is peace in joy.
There is peace in simplicity.
There is peace in commitment.
There is peace in a giving heart.
There is peace in selfless volunteering.
Oh, sweet peace . . . consume me!
