I have ALWAYS told my children to give whatever you are doing 100%. Whether you are writing a paper, cleaning your room, expressing yourself, working . . . at ANY job, or simply BEING yourself . . . do it with every ounce of gusto, guts, and gumption that you've got.
It sure is nice when your parental speeches are backed up by the likes of one Vince Lombardi! :-)
The quality of a man's life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence, regardless of his chosen field of endeavor.
So, for today, no matter where you are, what you do, who you're with, or your current state-of-affairs . . . be 100% the best possible you that you can be! It's really why you're here. Because we need YOU. In point and fact, YOU are the only you there is!
