When we find ourselves in times of trouble, we often think we are most vulnerable. We think we are so very isolated and alone. Lost and wandering. We are frightened and afraid of finding our way out of the dark, walking a new path, beginning a new adventure.
The verse says that we are never alone.
Take heart. It is in those darkest hours, that a brilliance beams through.
Take heart. It is in those saddest days, that we are showered with great affection.
Take heart. It is when we feel so very alone, that we are surrounded by those that care about us most.
Take heart. It is when we are most afraid that we take the boldest steps.
We are given everything we need to survive whatever occurs. In the midst of chaos, we sometimes lose sight of what buoys us, but it is there . . . and it is beautiful.
Take heart. You are never alone!
