Pull-ups!

"There are two ways of exerting one's strength:
one is pushing down,
the other is pulling up."


Pushing down is almost always easiest, but the effect is almost always negative and what have you really accomplished?
Pulling up offers assistance, help, assurance to another that they have a second chance.


How about for today, we try pull-ups!
