In order to maintain a healthy and positive attitude
we must learn to let go of that which no longer serves us.
Whether it's drama, negativity, self-loathing, gossip,
close-mindedness, or whatever might be holding you down.
Let it go.
Free yourself from the bondage of all that nonsense.
