Laughter

Whether you're nervous,
anxious,
depressed,
demoralized,
irate,
humiliated,
or
hurt . . .


laughter truly is
the best medicine.


More times than not,
those overwhelming feelings
consume so much of your time and efforts
that you cannot see how very little those issues
truly impact you.


Today,
laugh a little.
