Leading folks takes great fortitude.
You must be able to speak.
You must be able to listen.
You must be able to guide.
You must be able to communicate.
And maybe, most importantly,
in order to be a great leader . . .
you must confidently walk behind your people.
Support them.
Cheer them on.
If you've done your job . . .
they will excel at theirs.
