This is something I wrote a while ago. Every now and again, my tiny, feeble brain truly amazes me with what falls out. I actually won a very small weekly contest with this one and I just happened to stumble across it again. I do hope you enjoy it!

The black of night
Shrouds more than the day's light
It cloaks our inhibitions
Reveals our underbellies
It conceals our indiscretions
Imparts our desires
It masks our vulgarities
Divulges our wanton hungers
